What photos work best?
Clear, well-lit photos with faces or places you love. Phone photos are perfect. We recommend at least 800 pixels on the short side; the upload page warns you if a photo is smaller. Mix close-ups and wide shots, old scans and new snaps. Variety makes a better collage.
Can I upload videos?
Yes. Short clips up to 60 seconds. We pick the best frame from each video for the collage. If there is a specific moment, mention the timestamp in your caption.
Why do you ask me to write about each moment?
Because the words are what make it a story. Our designers read your captions to group related moments, choose a tone, and decide what belongs together on each mug. A caption can be one sentence. "Grandma's kitchen, every Sunday" is enough.
Does every photo end up on the mugs?
Yes. All 20 moments appear across the six mugs, usually two to five per mug.
How long does it take?
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days of production, then 2 to 5 days in transit. Rush sets are designed, printed and shipped within 48 hours of payment.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium mugs?
Standard sets use classic 11 oz white ceramic mugs. Premium sets use larger 15 oz glossy premium ceramic mugs and arrive in a gift box.
Are the mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes. Sublimation printing fuses the image into the mug's coating, so it does not peel or fade with normal dishwasher and microwave use.
Can I see a preview before you print?
Our designers review every set before printing. Customer previews are coming soon; if you would like one, say so in the note on your set and we will do our best.
Can I change my order after paying?
Yes, within 24 hours for Standard turnaround and 2 hours for Rush. Email support@mugfulness.com with your order number. Before checkout, everything is editable from your cart.
What happens to my photos afterwards?
We keep them for 90 days after delivery in case you need a reprint, then delete them. Email us anytime and we delete them within 7 days. We never use them for anything except your order.
What if a mug arrives broken?
Email us photos within 14 days of delivery and we reprint or refund. Our shipping box is designed for ceramics, but carriers are carriers.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. US addresses only for now.
